一、概述Introduction
真空上料機又稱真空輸送機，是一種借助于真空吸力來傳送顆粒和粉末狀物料的無塵密閉管道輸送設(shè)備，利用真空與環(huán)境空間的氣壓差，形成管道內(nèi)氣體流動，帶動粉狀物料運動，從而完成粉體的輸送。真空輸送是管道密閉輸送，這種輸送方式可以杜絕粉塵環(huán)境污染，改善工作環(huán)境，同事減少環(huán)境及人員對物料的污染，提高潔凈度；由于是管道輸送，占用空間小，能夠完成狹小空間的粉料輸送，使工作間空間美觀大方；同時，真空輸送能夠降低人工勞動強度，提高工作效率，是絕大部分粉體物料輸送方式的。
